You don't need to be anxious anymore.
Anxiety is the most common mental illness in the US. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, over 19% of people of all ages experience anxiety.
Anxiety comes in all shapes and forms. Some of us are anxious overachiever, who has panic attacks sitting in a closet waiting for an interview. Or some of us feel apathetic, having a general uneasiness that results from not taking risks or dealing with bad news.
In my own personal experience (Sam), I lost fifty pounds in three months as a teenager. Lots of medical tests, and nothing medically wrong. Later in life, I was so stressed out and overwhelmed that I became chronically ill.
