What is Head Trash?
Head trash are thoughts that are taking you out of the present moment, which is the here and now.

The head trash is the root cause of stress, poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, lack of self-love and a poverty mindset, etc.. The head trash comes in thousands of forms and flavors. No one is excluded from head trash, because everyone has a mind that thinks!
Five Depths of Head Trash
There are five depths to the head trash, and the older you are the more you accumulate unless you have developed a clearing practice.

The five depths of head trash; none, waste paper basket, trashcan, dumpster and landfill.

None: Few people on Earth have achieved a state of emptiness. Some call this Enlightenment. I define Enlightenment is knowing that "all is well," despite the mind's opinion.

Waste Paper Basket: A small amount of Head Trash usually associated with mild levels of stress and anxiety.

Trashcan: A moderate amount of Head Trash usually associated with moderate levels of stress and anxiety.

Dumpster: A large amount of Head Trash usually associated with high levels of stress and anxiety.

Landfill: A massive amount of Head Trash usually associated with severe levels of stress and anxiety
